📑 Website Handover & Client Content Responsibility

1. Website Handover

• Once the website, portal, or digital service is fully developed and delivered, it will be handed over to the client via email, download link, or account login.

• After handover, MK Digital Seva’s responsibility is limited to the services explicitly mentioned in the package, such as technical setup, design, or portal configuration.

2. Client Content Responsibility

• All content added to the website after handover, including news articles, blogs, images, videos, product information, or any other material, is the sole responsibility of the client.

• MK Digital Seva does not verify, edit, or approve content added post-handover.

3. Accuracy & Legality

• The client guarantees that all content they add is accurate, legal, and does not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.

• MK Digital Seva is not liable for any issues, claims, or disputes arising from client-added content after handover.

4. Editorial & Publishing

• MK Digital Seva may provide technical support or guidance for uploading content, but the final responsibility for content accuracy and legality rests with the client.

5. Prohibited Content
Clients are prohibited from adding content that:

• Is defamatory, obscene, or offensive.

• Violates laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

• Promotes hate speech, violence, or illegal activities.

6. By taking possession of the website or portal, the client acknowledges and agrees that all content responsibility after handover lies with them, and MK Digital Seva will not be held accountable for any content-related issues.
