By purchasing any product or service from MK Digital Seva, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services & Delivery
MK Digital Seva provides digital products, website design services, news portal setup services, AI prompt packs, Canva templates, and related digital solutions.
Website design, news portal setup, and custom development services will generally be delivered within 5–7 business days after receiving all required information and content from the client.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on project requirements and client response times.
2. Digital Products
Digital products including AI Prompt Packs, Canva Templates, Design Resources, PDF Guides, and similar downloadable content are delivered electronically through website access, Google Drive links, email, or download pages.
Access to premium content may require account registration and login credentials.
3. Payment Policy
All payments must be made 100% in advance.
Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all payments are non-refundable.
No refund will be provided once:
Digital products have been delivered
Login access has been granted
Download links have been provided
Website development work has started
Domain or hosting services have been purchased
5. Login Access & Account Security
Certain products and services may require user registration and login access.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Sharing, distributing, or reselling login credentials is strictly prohibited.
MK Digital Seva reserves the right to suspend access in cases of unauthorized sharing or misuse.
6. Customization Policy
Website design packages include up to 2 minor revisions unless otherwise specified.
Additional changes, redesign requests, or extra work beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
7. Domain & Hosting
Domain names and hosting services may be provided through third-party providers.
MK Digital Seva is not responsible for downtime, server failures, suspension, or technical issues originating from third-party hosting companies, registrars, payment gateways, or external service providers.
8. Support
Support is available through WhatsApp, phone, or email during business hours:
Monday to Saturday
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (IST)
Response times may vary depending on workload and support volume.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, templates, AI prompts, graphics, code, content, layouts, and digital assets created or sold by MK Digital Seva remain protected under applicable copyright laws.
Unauthorized copying, sharing, redistribution, resale, or commercial reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Legal action may be taken against violations.
10. Limitation of Liability
MK Digital Seva shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its products or services.
We are not responsible for losses arising from third-party platforms, hosting providers, payment gateways, social media platforms, or external software services.
11. Acceptance of Terms
