  1. Order Cancellation
    Once a service is booked, order cancellation is not allowed.
    Domain, hosting, or digital services cannot be canceled once started.

  2. Refund Policy
    All payments are Non-Refundable.
    If there is a mistake on our part, we are responsible for correcting it.
    MK Digital Seva is not responsible for issues arising from third-party services (Domain Provider, Hosting Company, Payment Gateway), and no refund will be provided for such cases.

  3. Service Guarantee
    We guarantee that all features, designs, and services mentioned in the package will be delivered.
    Refunds will not be issued if the service is unused due to personal reasons of the customer.

  4. Dispute Resolution
    For any issues, the customer should contact our support team via WhatsApp/Email.
    The final decision regarding refunds and cancellations will be made by MK Digital Seva.
