📑 Terms & Conditions

1. Service & Delivery
   All services will be provided by MK Digital Seva.
   Once the order is confirmed, all designs/portal setups will be completed within 5–7 business days.

2. Payment Policy
   All payments must be made 100% in advance.
   Once payment is made, it is Non-Refundable.

3. Customization
   Basic design includes 2 free minor changes.
   Any changes beyond that will incur an additional charge.

4. Hosting & Domain
   Domain & Hosting will be provided by a third-party company.
   MK Digital Seva is not responsible for downtime or server-related issues.

5. Guarantee
   We guarantee that all features mentioned in the package will be delivered.
   We are not responsible for issues caused by external factors (3rd party services, payment gateways, etc.).

6. Support
   WhatsApp and call support is available only during working hours: 10 AM – 7 PM, Monday – Saturday.

7. Legal
   All templates, designs, and code of MK Digital Seva are copyrighted.
   Unauthorized use or resale may result in legal action.
